There are many MBA style leadership coaching seminars out there, with varying degrees of quality. What makes our seminars unique is that they are taught by an executive who has personally fought and (generally) won the same battles that you, as an aspiring global leader, will need to fight in order to climb the corporate ladder. 

We offer you 3 full days of direct access to a seasoned global executive in a highly stimulating, fun, interactive and example driven environment

Training is delivered over 3 intensive days, face to face at several convenient global locations. For maximum effectiveness, we limit each seminar to a maximum of 16 participants.

Latest management theory is used to introduce each leadership topic, however the major focus is on providing each attendee with practical techniques and learnings, which they can immediately apply in their own workplace.

You will leave the seminar with a clear plan as to how to grow as a leader and as a  person.

We aim to provide a rich and enabling learning experience for all participants. As such we do require you have at least 4 years of experience in a high-tech business environment, be willing to actively particpate in group discussions and have a reasonable command of business English language 

This is a truly global training and we hold regular events in various world cities based on customer demand.  Whenever possible we try to offer weekend as well as mid week options, so please contact us early to book your spot.
